Reviews and Ratings <br />
This hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with spacious rooms and a lovely outdoor space by the creek. However, my recent stay was marred by significant noise issues from the neighboring rooms and some cleanliness concerns that overshadowed the overall experience. The value for money is questionable, given the condition of some amenities.
The hotel has a charming rustic setting with a pretty river behind it, yet it feels outdated and in need of maintenance. I appreciated the clean rooms, but the overall upkeep left something to be desired. While the spacious outdoor areas are inviting, it would have been nice to have better seating. The restaurant hours are limited, which was not ideal, but the staff was friendly and accommodating.
This hotel had a cozy atmosphere and was well-located near the Smoky Mountains National Park, making it a great base for outdoor activities. The spacious and clean room offered good value for money, but the check-in mishap and occasional noise from neighboring rooms were drawbacks. The overall experience was pleasant, especially with the lovely creekside ambiance and fire pits, although the shower took a long time to get hot.
I had a great time at Smoky Falls Lodge during the WNC Jeepfest. The rooms were clean and spacious, featuring two queen beds that provided a comfortable stay. The outdoor spaces by the creek were perfect for relaxation, and I'm excited to try dining at the tavern on my next visit since it was closed for renovations this time. However, I did experience a minor issue with the sink, but the staff addressed it promptly.
My stay at Smoky Falls Lodge was a mixed bag. While I loved the quaint atmosphere and the clean, comfortable room with a cozy electric fireplace, I did encounter some issues with the sink and water temperature. The overall experience was pleasant, but the higher rate for what I received felt a bit off to me compared to other places.
